As our next Bid Manager, you will join the Dutch Public Sales Team and play a central role in shaping successful public sector tenders and RFP responses. Combining procurement expertise, commercial insight and stakeholder management, you will develop persuasive proposals that address customer needs and support business growth. Working closely with sales teams, specialists, and decision-makers, you will ensure every submission is compliant, competitive, and delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end public procurement and tender processes

Assess tender documentation and coordinate activities across bid teams

Prepare, review, edit, and finalize tender submissions and proposal content

Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submissions

Engage and challenge stakeholders to strengthen proposal quality and competitiveness

Coordinate clarification questions and communication with contracting authorities

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, references, declarations, and supporting documentation

What we need to see from you

Experience within the IT industry and commercial or project-based environments

Expertise in writing, reviewing, and managing European tenders and RFPs

HBO level of working and thinking

Ability to understand customer challenges, objectives, and requirements

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels

Highly organized, analytical, and commercially aware
