Practical Information

Location: Belgrade, Serbia | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Visa status: Valid working visa for Serbia | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, French and Serbian, written and verbal

As our new Regional Operations Specialist, you will support SoftwareOne's local Procurement and Sales teams by securing publisher quotations, maintaining accurate ERP data, and ensuring timely processing in line with agreed SLAs. Acting as a key link between SoftwareOne's subsidiaries and a global network of publishers and suppliers, you will help drive efficiency, accuracy, speed, and cost savings across the procurement process. Working closely with the Procurement Team Leader, Global Service Owner, and international stakeholders, you will contribute to a seamless customer experience and support business growth. As part of one of the fastest-growing teams in the Global Service Delivery Center, you will help strengthen the operational backbone of SoftwareOne's Software Portfolio Management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Source, organize, and manage quotations from publishers and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate support for procurement activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, distributors, and other external partners, including leading negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes

Research and gather relevant information to support procurement requests and informed decision-making

Provide responsive support to customers, partners, sales representatives, and internal operations teams, ensuring requests are handled effectively and within agreed timelines

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet procurement objectives and deliver high-quality customer experience

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices and service standards

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, take ownership of new responsibilities, and perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals

What we need to see from you

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

Foundational experience in software procurement, order management, accounts payable, or a similar operational environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Navision and software licensing is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
