As our new Software Portfolio Management Consultant, you will play a meaningful role in meeting our clients' software procurement needs. With your background in IT consulting, software sales, and license sourcing, you will contribute to delivering value and maintaining efficient software contract management.  

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with procurement teams to negotiate and manage software contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and maximizing value for clients.

Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to support software procurement needs and build long-term relationships.

Lead end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering and process design to implementation, SLA development, tool integrations, and user training.

Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement through strategic negotiations, benchmarking, automation, and the simplification of software management processes.

Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistent service quality.

Manage the financial performance of the software portfolio, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and aligning investments with client and organizational objectives.

What we need to see from you

Demonstrated success in IT consulting, software sales, license sourcing, or software asset management, coupled with advanced project management skills.

Solid understanding of software licensing models, supplier landscapes, and commercial negotiations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and stakeholder relationships.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

A proactive, customer-centric approach and the ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional teams.
