Join SoftwareOne’s Azure Support Team and help deliver exceptional technical support for Azure-related incidents and service requests, ensuring customer expectations and service level agreements are consistently met. As an Azure Cloud Support - L2, you will troubleshoot complex Azure platform issues, collaborate with global colleagues, and engage with Microsoft support when required to achieve successful outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your Azure expertise, contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture, and support the development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on Microsoft Azure incidents and service requests.
Diagnose and resolve complex Azure platform issues while meeting agreed service levels and customer expectations.
Manage support tickets from investigation through resolution, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Work with the latest Azure technologies to continuously expand your technical expertise.
Collaborate with consultants and technical teams globally to gather information and solve customer challenges.
Communicate proactively with customers during critical incidents and coordinate escalations with Microsoft Support when required.
Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and actively contribute to team, practice, and project communities.
What we need to see from you
Proven experience managing and administering Microsoft Azure services in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on expertise supporting Azure infrastructure services, including Log Analytics, Monitoring, Cloud Backup, and Site Recovery.
Strong practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Networking services.
Knowledge of Azure SQL Database and Azure migration projects is considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams and environments.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, hybrid connectivity with on-premises infrastructure, and SQL databases; AZ-900 and AZ-104 certifications are advantageous.
