As one of Microsoft's largest global partners, we are continuously expanding our portfolio of innovative services and solutions across Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, and Digital Workplace.

We are looking for a Service Design Lead to join our global Microsoft service line team. Reporting to the Global Service Line Leader, this role will play a key part in designing, building, and launching new services and solutions that support our strategic growth ambitions.

You will work across regions and functions, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to transform ideas into scalable, market-ready offerings. Your focus will be on creating predictable, structured, and effective service development processes that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for customers worldwide.

What You'll do:

Lead the design, development, and release of new Microsoft-focused services and solutions across the global organization.

Establish governance, processes, and operational frameworks that support scalable service innovation.

Partner with Product Management to convert strategic priorities into market-ready offerings.

Coordinate and influence regional and global stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure services meet customer and market needs.

Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across the Microsoft Centre of Excellence service portfolio.

What we need to see from you

Experience designing, launching, and evolving technology services, managed services, or professional services offerings.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including one or more of the following areas: Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, Infrastructure, or Digital Workplace.

Ability to work effectively across global, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.

Understanding of cloud transformation, modernization, AI adoption, governance, and operational excellence.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product and program management methodologies.
