As our new Legal Counsel, you will support our growing business in the Benelux countries. Working closely with two experienced colleagues, you will provide practical and commercially focused legal guidance that enables business growth while managing risk in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Advise operational teams across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on a broad range of legal matters in order to drive informed business decisions

Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements with a focus on software and SaaS contracts

Provide legal support to the Bid Management team on public tender submissions

Manage multiple legal matters and projects while maintaining high quality, accuracy, and professional integrity standards

Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing to support business objectives

Collaborate with the wider Corporate Group Legal team on regional and cross-functional initiatives, as required

What we need to see from you

What we need to see from you

Bachelor’s degree in Dutch law

Experience gained in a law firm and/or an international in-house corporate environment, ideally within the Software or SaaS sector

Experience in at least two, and eagerness to develop in all of the following areas: B2B contract law, corporate law, Software/SaaS contracting, public tender regulations, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations

Native Dutch language skills and confidence reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contractual documentation in English

Commercial mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

High attention to detail, self-motivation, collaboration, and communication skills

Minimum of 32 hours per week availability
