This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Responsibilities:

4+ years of professional experience in React Native development;

Strong experience building and maintaining mobile applications using React Native and Expo;

Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code;

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Backend, and Design

Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across various screen sizes and device types;

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;

Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking;

Support localization and multilingual functionality;

Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and internal knowledge base.

Required Skills

Strong commercial experience with React Native;

Hands-on experience with the Expo framework;

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies;

Experience using Jira and Confluence;

Understanding of mobile application architecture and best development practices;

Experience integrating REST APIs.

Nice to Have

Experience with native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin;

Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging;

Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools;

Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
