See Snowflake's open rolesAt Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our VP of Marketing, EMEA, based in Paris. You will be a trusted right hand to the leader building Snowflake's brand awareness and engagement with customers across the region, running the operational rhythm of the EMEA Marketing leadership team.
AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Own the VP Marketing EMEA's complex, multi-time-zone calendar, prioritising time for strategic planning reviews, GTM leadership alignment, external facing initiatives, public speaking engagement and executive customer engagements
- Coordinate the VP's involvement in Snowflake flagship events such as Snowflake Summit, Expedition and Snowflake World Tour stops across EMEA, including speaker prep, briefing documents, and on-site logistics
- EMEA Marketing leadership cadence: staff meetings, quarterly planning, annual team offsite, and EMEA Marketing all-hands, owning agendas, pre-reads, and action tracking in collaboration with Planning Lead
- Prepare materials for internal communication such as EMEA Marketing All-hands and EMEA Marketing weekly report / newsletter with Planning Lead
- Plan and manage international travel, visas, and itineraries across EMEA and to the US, adapting quickly when priorities shift and handle related expenses
- Experiment with Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex AI, and other AI tools to automate briefings, meeting summaries, and recurring admin workflows
- Handle confidential information, including organisational and budget plans, with the highest level of discretion
OUR IDEAL SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience supporting VP-level or C-level executives, ideally in a fast-growing technology or SaaS organisation
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and good judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging executives, customers, agencies, and partners
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, plus experience with expense and procurement tools such as Navan or Workday
- A proactive, anticipatory mindset: you spot issues before they become problems and propose solutions
- Proven discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Fluent French, written and spoken
BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience supporting a Marketing leader or marketing leadership team
- Experience coordinating large-scale events or executive speaking engagements across multiple EMEA countries
- Familiarity with marketing budgets, purchase order processes, and agency management
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools to streamline executive support
- Additional European languages
