YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are part of the Inhouse Consulting team and conduct analyses, technological benchmarking, and competitive comparisons to identify new AI use cases

You learn how to strategically sequence and prioritize use cases based on business impact and support the definition of the operating model for autonomous squads

You contribute to cross-functional projects and help design and run change-management programs that ensure sustainable adoption beyond the pilot phase

You use modern AI tools to independently automate tasks or analyze processes - even if you are not a developer

You support Business Leads in developing and implementing strategic solution concepts, helping to remove organizational blockers and accelerate time-to-value

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Academic background You hold an excellent Abitur and are currently enrolled in a university degree program among the best in your class

AI expertise and IT skills You are tech-savvy and fascinated by Artificial Intelligence, data-driven business models, and especially agentic architectures and are proficient in using MS Office

Analytical skills You have an outstanding comprehension and analytical skills to quickly grasp complex concepts and build business cases with value quantification ​

Communication skills You bring excellent communication skills allowing you to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives ​

Mindset You are passionate for the mobility industry and bring a strong "get things done" mentality ​

Languages You are fluent in English and German
