At Seven Senders, we connect people and markets, making international shipping simple.

We are Europe’s leading platform for cross-border parcel delivery, supporting e-commerce companies in scaling internationally and reaching millions of consumers across borders. By combining cutting-edge technology with strong local carrier networks, we ensure parcels move efficiently from warehouse to doorstep — whether speed or cost efficiency is the priority.

Founded in Berlin in 2015, Seven Senders has grown into a team of 200+ logistics and tech experts. Today, we proudly work with clients such as Flaconi, Shop Apotheke, and Tamaris, shaping the future of European delivery together.

As part of the People team, you’ll help shape a great employee experience at Seven Senders. You’ll support employees from their first day to their last, keep people data and documentation accurate, and serve as the go-to person for people-related questions. You'll support our Workplace team and regularly cover our front desk, helping keep the workplace running smoothly. This role is a great fit if you love structure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and enjoy helping people.

Career starters and career changers are very welcome: You’ll learn the full scope of People Operations and grow step by step.

Your main responsibilities

Supporting our employees through key moments of their journey, from onboarding to offboarding.

Maintaining accurate and reliable people data in our HR systems.

Preparing employee documentation such as contracts, employment confirmations and reference letters

Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day people-related questions and routing more complex topics to the right person.

Contributing to core HR processes and helping improve and standardize our People Operations workflows and templates.

Supporting the Workplace team with daily operational tasks and events, including front desk coverage, receiving deliveries and managing office supplies.

This is what you need to succeed:

A completed degree or vocational training in HR, business administration, business psychology or a related field.

First hands-on experience in HR or administration, e.g. through an internship, working student position or apprenticeship.

Confidence working with digital tools and data. Experience with an HRIS such as Personio is a plus.

A structured, detail-oriented way of working, discretion with sensitive information and a strong service mindset.

Fluent in German and English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).

What we offer:

Working abroad: You can work from almost anywhere for up to 44 working days

Benefits: We offer company lunches twice per month, a corporate benefits platform, and German language courses.

Mission Zero: Climate-neutral and long-term impact. With our green initiatives, we are reaching climate neutrality for ourselves, and hopefully, we're inspiring the entire logistics sector to join us to create a sustainable future.

Vibrant Culture & Community: We embody collaboration, open doors, and no-fuss results focus, and we are successful with our data-driven and efficient working approach. We like to celebrate and come together, and we strive for a workplace buzzing with energy and camaraderie, highlighted by regular team events, and company-wide celebrations.
