Field Application Engineer – Smartcard (Munich OR Paris based)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Drive technical sales presentations, product roadmaps, and training sessions for customers.

Lead customer technical requirements to ensure smooth product selection, evaluation, and design-in.

Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams across the EMEA region.

Troubleshoot system compatibility and software implementation issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and streamline communication.

Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in semiconductor engineering or a related technical field.

At least three years of experience in design, product, or application engineering for smart card applications or products.

Expertise in secure silicon, smartcard solutions, and cryptography.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills in English, with French being a strong plus.
