About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to facilitate live training sessions and support the onboarding of team members. You'll equip them with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to provide outstanding value to customers.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the live facilitation of our onboarding programme to large cohorts of new sales hires in different specialisations and regions around the world

Facilitating dynamic training sessions and workshops to ensure our sales reps are proficient and confident in their roles, including roleplays, practicals activities, and workshops

Working with onboarding partners and Sales leadership to ensure the smooth running of our live sessions, AI-driven sessions, buddy programmes, and manager assessments

Ensuring the first four weeks of onboarding are world-class

Being the liaison between Revolut Business and our new hires, helping them ramp with speed, capability, and compliance

Analysing and diagnosing cohort performance to ensure quality standards are upheld

Exploring new opportunities to improve cohort performance through facilitation by problem-solving to support new hires' needs

What you'll need

Fluency in English and French

3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or similar role within a fast-paced B2B or tech environment

Outstanding live facilitation skills, with the ability to control a remote-first learning experience and actively engage learners

A coaching mindset to turn critical feedback into a force multiplier, and create a safe space to fail and boost confidence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product and sales topics for various sales roles

A solid understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and methodologies, as well as how to apply these principles to a remote-first sales organisation

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as Sana

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment

Nice to have

Fluency in German

Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS
