So far, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. About the role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for a Treasury Investment Manager to manage our funding and liquidity profile, as well as generate P&L through trading and investment management. You'll also drive key Treasury initiatives across broad areas.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.
What you'll be doing
Managing our funding and liquidity profile prudently on a day-to-day basis, at an account level and across multiple legal entities
Formulating treasury strategies and executing trades for money markets, reverse repo, bonds, FX swaps, short-term interest rate, and long dated cross currency swaps
Building models and other analytical tools to increase portfolio returns and risk management capabilities, driving model-based portfolio optimisation
Negotiating and enhancing commercial terms with counterparties
Managing treasury-related risks (interest rate risk, FX risk, etc.)
Driving projects to improve infrastructure, enabling the optimisation of our funding and liquidity profile
Supporting broader company strategies by providing Treasury-related analysis on initiatives
Managing multiple legal entity liquidity requirements
Providing monthly updates to ALCO on liquidity-related matters
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and an understanding of liquidity (market-based and regulatory)
Taking ownership of liquidity (front office) policy and procedures
What you'll need
Front office trading or portfolio management experience at a major financial institution in the Treasury department, managing rates, cross currency swaps, or FX swaps
Alternatively, market making experience in a tier 1 financial institution with experience in rates and derivatives, with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and drive end-to-end treasury deliverables
Impeccable quantitative capabilities and proven experience in enhancing returns through use of analytical tools
A hands-on and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills
The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them down into smaller pieces
A bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative subject
Nice to have
Experience building treasury processes and controls from scratch
Impressive coding abilities

About Revolut
Revolut has the strongest European engineering ratio on this board: Barcelona, London, Kraków, Bucharest, Vilnius and Porto. Fast-moving and famously demanding, with real ownership early. Genuinely European rather than a US company with an EU office.
