About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the month-end close process, regulatory reporting, and preparation of annual statutory financial statements. You'll also oversee external audits and associated deliverables.

What you'll be doing

Delivering financial accounting and reporting deadlines to a consistently high standard for the Wealth & Trading team in the UK

Preparing detailed P&L and balance sheet variance analyses (month-on-month and forecast vs. actuals) with insightful commentary for the Head of Finance

Leading the annual statutory audit process, ensuring timely delivery of audit deliverables

Work closely with the Head of Finance and CEO of RTL to deliver accurate and timely quarterly management accounts and support the quarterly financial forecasting process

Producing investment firm regulatory reports (e.g., MiFIDPRU, FCA returns, CMAR) for review by the Head of Finance and Head of Risk

Providing financial control and accounting input for new products, initiatives, and business change projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control frameworks

Collaborating with Financial Control, Brokerage, and Operations teams to resolve month-end queries, support year-end audits, and conduct ad-hoc general ledger and data analyses

What you'll need

5+ years of post-qualified experience in financial services, preferably within investment or trading firms

An ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification

A thorough understanding of FCA CASS and MiFIDPRU regulatory frameworks, including associated reporting obligations

Exposure to financial control and controllership functions, including month-end reconciliations, journal preparation, management reporting, and financial planning and forecasting

Experience in audit coordination and financial reporting within a regulated entity

Proficiency in SQL, with practical experience in data extraction, manipulation, and completeness validation

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively and collaborate across multiple teams and jurisdictions
