Our software supply chain security and threat intelligence solutions have become essential to advancing enterprise cybersecurity maturity globally. ReversingLabs is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Spectra Assure, our SaaS solution that protects all code from threats and unverified third-party libraries before it’s shipped or deployed. Strong English skills are a must for this position, and technical skills are required to use git, Confluence, Google Suite, and markup files since we operate using the docs-as-code methodology.

What You'll Do:

Create and maintain technical content covering user guides, workflows, conceptual documentation, and reference materials for security professionals

Collaborate with development teams to document new features and product releases

Document REST APIs, including authentication flows, request/response formats, and integration patterns

Maintain our Docusaurus-based documentation site, ensuring clear information architecture and excellent user experience

Proven technical writing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software

Familiarity with the docs-as-code approach to documentation

Working knowledge of Docusaurus (or similar static site generators)

Proficiency with version control (git) workflows including branching, merging, and pull requests

Basic understanding of REST APIs, including HTTP methods, authentication, request/response structures, and common API patterns

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts for both developer and end-user audiences

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

AI-friendly mindset: you embrace AI and emerging technologies as part of your work, using them to improve efficiency, solve problems, and deliver better results

Advantages:

Experience documenting cybersecurity products or concepts

Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications

Experience with Python or other scripting languages

Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployments

On-site, hybrid, and remote work as options (paid accommodation and transportation to Zagreb during onboarding for remote employees), and flexible working hours

Generous compensation and a bonus system based on annual performance

Hefty personal education budget and the possibility of attending leading conferences and seminars in the field

Permanent contract with a fast-growing global company with Fortune 500 and government agencies as clients

Opportunity to work on innovative solutions in malware analysis and software supply chain security, crafted in our very own Croatian R&D center

Great career advancement opportunities – clear goals and internal promotions

Company library and the possibility of ordering books of choice via Amazon

Employee referral bonus program: EUR 1,060 net for junior positions, EUR 2,123 net for mid to senior positions, and EUR 2,654 net for principal/managerial positions

Multisport card, annual health checkup, newborn child allowance, rent-cost, and 3rd pillar pension benefits

Wellness Weekends – quarterly, company-wide three-day weekend, starting with a company paid Friday off for all employees

Fully covered car garage in Radnička cesta for all employees
