The Opportunity.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team that keeps our financial engine running smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the integrity of our financial data. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your finance career within a fast-paced, high-growth global technology company.

What You’ll Be Doing.

- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with exceptional accuracy, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.

- Performing three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts.

- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.

- Acting as a primary point of contact for supplier queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

- Assisting the AP team with month-end close procedures and accruals.

- Championing best practices by encouraging the use of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems across the business.

What You’ll Bring.

- Experience: You have previous experience working in an Accounts Payable or a similar transactional finance role.

- Attention to Detail: You have meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Organisational Skills: You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A Proactive Mindset: You are a proactive, positive, and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.

- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Systems: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience working within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and spend management tools like Navan or Expensify.
