<p data-start="617" data-end="998">The Third-Party Applications (3PA) team is responsible for the onboarding, operation, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical third-party platforms used across the firm. The team works closely with traders, quantitative researchers, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users to ensure applications remain reliable, scalable, and well-supported.</p>

<h4 data-start="1000" data-end="1032">Your Future Role within QRT</h4>

<p data-start="1034" data-end="1043">You will:</p>

<ul data-start="1045" data-end="2189">

<li data-section-id="1lacy39" data-start="1045" data-end="1139">Provide support for third-party applications across on-premises, AWS, and SaaS environments.</li>

<li data-section-id="13jgv5q" data-start="1140" data-end="1263">Manage and troubleshoot applications such as Refinitiv, Grafana, Tableau, ChatGPT, and other business-critical platforms.</li>

<li data-section-id="p8k2kq" data-start="1264" data-end="1371">Collaborate with business and technology teams to onboard new applications and enhance existing services.</li>

<li data-section-id="19ye0e1" data-start="1372" data-end="1493">Design, deploy, and maintain application platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.</li>

<li data-section-id="1tu250p" data-start="1494" data-end="1598">Monitor application health, investigate issues, and proactively address potential service disruptions.</li>

<li data-section-id="f87yby" data-start="1599" data-end="1696">Work with internal users and external vendors to resolve incidents and minimise service impact.</li>

<li data-section-id="mz3g8j" data-start="1697" data-end="1789">Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to improve platform reliability.</li>

<li data-section-id="loxfa8" data-start="1790" data-end="1904">Partner with traders, quantitative researchers, and developers to support and optimise application environments.</li>

<li data-section-id="sh1rob" data-start="1905" data-end="2000">Develop and enhance automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.</li>

<li data-section-id="16ic7ih" data-start="2001" data-end="2089">Build and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, and monitoring solutions.</li>

<li data-section-id="1qjfihl" data-start="2090" data-end="2189">Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery, monitoring, and operational workflows.</li>

<h4 data-start="2191" data-end="2217">Your Present Skillset</h4>

<ul data-start="2219" data-end="3268">

<li data-section-id="7cmiu3" data-start="2219" data-end="2324">3+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.</li>

<li data-section-id="odfi7u" data-start="2325" data-end="2420">Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications in production environments.</li>

<li data-section-id="1hpduiu" data-start="2421" data-end="2498">Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.</li>

<li data-section-id="o2vf0a" data-start="2499" data-end="2559">Experience with AWS services, including ECS, RDS, and IAM.</li>

<li data-section-id="xujwfd" data-start="2560" data-end="2667">Experience using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.</li>

<li data-section-id="9m4t69" data-start="2668" data-end="2755">Experience with monitoring and observability platforms, including Grafana and Splunk.</li>

<li data-section-id="1vn9y56" data-start="2756" data-end="2831">Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.</li>

<li data-section-id="1kczfiv" data-start="2832" data-end="2908">Hands-on troubleshooting experience across Linux and Windows environments.</li>

<li data-section-id="14ey0ju" data-start="2909" data-end="2993">Understanding of networking concepts and application connectivity troubleshooting.</li>

<li data-section-id="1sh5xc6" data-start="2994" data-end="3071">Experience working with Git-based development workflows and DevOps tooling.</li>

<li data-section-id="n4g977" data-start="3072" data-end="3160">Experience supporting financial market data platforms such as Refinitiv is beneficial.</li>

<li data-section-id="1rmunn5" data-start="3161" data-end="3268">Familiarity with collaboration and operational tools such as GitHub, Slack, and OpsGenie is advantageous.</li>
