IT Workplace Engineer

Job Description & Summary

The IT Workplace Engineer manages PwC endpoints in line with global endpoint management policies. This role is responsible for endpoint-related services and support for all IT end-users across multiple platforms, ensuring a reliable, compliant, and efficient endpoint environment.

Job Duties:

Operate, maintain, and improve the IT endpoint fleet

Provide second-level support to end-users

Train first-level support teams and create knowledge base articles

Develop solutions that optimize endpoint management and support compliance

Perform hygiene tasks to maintain a lean and well-managed endpoint environment

Skills:

Experience managing MDM solutions

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Entra Directory / Azure Active Directory

Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects

Proficiency in PowerShell

Team- and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently

Familiarity with ITIL change management best practices is an advantage

Qualifications:

Education:

A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, is an advantage

Experience:

Two years of experience in a related endpoint management role within a corporate environment

Language:

Fluent written and spoken English
