Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As an AI - Manager - Azure Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage cloud-native data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include:

Design and implement cloud-native data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.

Manage and enhance Azure-based environments to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, innovative cloud solutions.

Integrate AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud workloads using infrastructure-as-code and DevOps best practices.

Promote operational excellence, security, and compliance in all cloud engineering processes.

Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with IT personnel, executives, and user communities.

Continuously develop your skills and empower your team’s development with the support of the wider PwC network.

Experiences and skills:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer) are highly desirable.

5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Demonstrated experience with Azure AI services, data platforms, and automation tools.

Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational best practices for cloud and AI workloads.

Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects at scale.
