Job Description & Summary
Your team
In Corporate Tax, we advise companies operating on a national and international basis in the light of relevant tax regulations and developments. This enables clients to set up efficient structures, consider the tax effects of possible business models, and manage tax risks. Working closely with colleagues across PwC’s global network, the team combines technical tax expertise with a strong understanding of transactions, restructuring and business strategy to support clients in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment.
Your impact
Provide proactive tax advice to a diverse client portfolio, with a primary focus on private equity and real estate clients, on international tax implications related to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Lead and coordinate multi-country M&A and restructuring projects, including tax due diligence, transaction and holding structuring, SPA review, tax modelling and post-completion tax advisory.
Guide and develop associates and senior associates throughout complex tax projects, fostering technical excellence and collaboration across borders.
Collaborate with colleagues to further develop the financial services, private equity and real estate tax practice, strengthening client relationships and expanding the service offering.
Contribute to a working environment characterised by team spirit, trust and mutual support, while continuously developing leadership capabilities.
Your skill set
Master’s degree or an above-average bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or law, with a focus on tax or international tax; an LLM in international tax is an asset.
At least four years of relevant professional experience in international taxation and M&A-related tax matters; exposure to private equity or real estate clients is an advantage.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-country tax projects in an international environment.
Ability to lead, coach and develop senior associates and associates on complex tax engagements.
Strong analytical mindset with a flair for numbers, financial models and valuations, combined with a solid understanding of legal concepts.

About PwC
PwC is one of the Big Four, and its board here is the global Experienced Careers listing rather than a European one: most of what it carries is Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Kolkata, Toronto and Manila, with Milan, Warsaw, Barcelona and London among the European entries. The technology work sits in the consulting and internal-technology arms rather than in a product org, so filter by role before judging the count.
