In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join our SAP team.

Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements

Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, from planning to post–go‑live support

Conduct client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs

Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP PM design, implementation, and optimization

Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs

Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement

Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, incident/change/problem management

Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance

Demonstrate critical thinking and structure when communicating with stakeholders

Stay updated on SAP PM features, releases, product enhancements and new technologies

What you bring matters

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical fields.

4+ years of experience including full-cycle implementations, configuration, and deep knowledge of SAP PM functional areas

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and integration with other modules like MM (Materials Management) or PP (Production Planning)

Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
