About the team

You’ll be part of our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance, supporting leading insurance and financial services organisations.

That’s where you come in. You’ll advise top players in the Belgian and international market and play a key role in helping them navigate transformation in a controlled, compliant and future-ready way.

You’ll help clients strengthen their operating models, improve control frameworks and embed sustainable, technology-enabled processes.

What your day will look like

You’ll take ownership of transformation engagements and deliver tangible impact:

Lead end-to-end insurance transformation programmes, from strategy to implementation

Drive process and digital improvements across underwriting, claims and finance, balancing efficiency, data and risk control

Strengthen governance, risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment and audit readiness

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, strategic insights on transformation and market developments

Lead and coach teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement
