Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Manager Strategy& Luxembourg Financial Services (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: As part of our rapidly expanding Strategy& Luxembourg team, you will be part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of projects:

Corporate and growth strategy – providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights and leveraging financial and operational perspectives to implement strategic plans,

Transaction strategy and execution – projects across the whole deal lifecycle (e.g., Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Plan, Post Merger Integration),

Turnaround and restructuring strategy – projects focused on solving business issues in critical and complex situations to reshape for a better future.

Leverage your passion to help high-profile clients in the financial services solving their most complex and strategic challenges. Regionally and locally our focus includes:

Asset management (inc. Investment funds),

Wealth management (inc. Private banking, Family-Office)

Alternatives (inc. Private equity, Venture Capital)

Fintech and neo-banks

Be a part of our team where you will:

Contribute actively to the growth and go-to-market of the Strategy& practice through targeted business development activities in the financial services industry.

Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across Asset & Wealth management, Private banking, and other banking/non-banking sectors.

Lead the delivery of Strategy& engagements, managing projects in a collaborative mindset with a focus on high-client satisfaction. Particularly, interact with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic advice, shape and drive strategy, and plan opportunities.

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have …

​An MBA from a top-tier university with outstanding academic performance, ideally with a specialization in finance, strategy, or management.

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry (e.g. Assets & Wealth management, Private equity and alternatives, fintech/neo-banks, Payments), with a strong preference for candidates with a background in strategy consulting.

Demonstrated experience in strategy to execution within the financial services sector, with exposure to areas such as Asset and Wealth Management, Private Equity, Investment funds and Banks.

Deep understanding of financial services challenges and proven experience working on 'big picture' strategy projects, including

Strategy review, strategic planning, and equity story

Strategic / commercial due diligence

Development of industrial plans, business unit strategy

Market entry strategies and opportunity sizing

Product strategy and New Business Model development

Corporate transformation

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with C-suite executives.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, French and Luxembourgish is highly desirable.

Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and sustain long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
