Contract type: Full-time

Start date: By agreement

Wage (gross): From 1500EUR/month. (The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus linked to individual results and the company’s success.)

Join our team at PwC Tax k.s. and gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations while working on international projects for German-speaking clients.

You will be part of a supportive team where learning, structured processes, and gradual responsibility growth are key. This role is ideal for graduates who want to build a solid accounting foundation and develop client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, GL, Procure-to-Pay)

Process and review accounting data such as invoices, payments, and open items

Assist with bank postings, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations

Support month-end closing activities under supervision

Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients (mainly in German) via email and calls

Follow up on open items and support issue resolution

Work with accounting systems and MS Excel

Learn accounting standards, internal processes, and client requirements

Participate in international projects and team knowledge sharing

What you need to succeed

University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar

German language skills at C1 level (spoken and written)

Good command of English

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and interest in finance and client work

Experience with Excel and accounting systems is an advantage
