About the team

Join our growing Audit team where we combine top talent and technology to deliver high quality audits for Czech and international clients. As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead smaller audit teams and take ownership of more complex engagements while helping to develop junior colleagues.

Job description & summary

Lead smaller audit teams and coordinate audit documentation from planning through completion.

Deliver audit work in line with PwC and regulatory quality standards.

Identify issues, analyze data, and draw well-supported conclusions.

Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Coach and support junior team members through effective delegation.

Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when needed.

Contribute ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency.

Communicate findings clearly to clients and engagement teams.

Manage interactions with senior client leadership.

Support the delivery of high quality engagement outcomes.

What matters to us

University degree.

Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.

Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.

What will help you stand out

ACCA qualification in progress or motivation to start.

Experience leading junior team members.

Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Strong relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
