About your manager

Petr Chadima leads our Technology Consulting team for Financial Services. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale transformation programs for both Czech and international clients. What motivates him most is collaborating with exceptional people and helping teams succeed together. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and creating handcrafted projects in his spare time.

Job description & summary

Are you an experienced IT or FinTech consultant looking for your next challenge? Join our Technology Consulting team and work on some of the most exciting technology transformation initiatives in the market.

Co-lead projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Planning, Testing, Implementation, and Change Management.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.

Coordinate project teams and mentor junior colleagues within your area of expertise.

Support the successful delivery of technology-driven transformation projects.

Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, pre-sales support, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Help clients transform business and technology processes within the Financial Services sector.

What matters to us

2-5 years of experience within a multinational or local technology firm, ideally with a consulting background.

Knowledge of business processes within the Finance & Banking sector.

Proven experience delivering projects with a strong technology component.

Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
