Meet your future team

You will join the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders across PwC Luxembourg. The team collaborates daily with Business Recruiters, Graduate TA and Talent Attraction specialists to deliver coordinated hiring strategies.

What your role will look like

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on experienced hires, you play a strategic role in shaping how PwC Luxembourg attracts and hires key talent. You manage recruitment end-to-end while advising stakeholders on market trends and talent needs, ensuring hiring decisions are aligned with business priorities.

Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies that reflect current and future talent needs

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality and consistency across all stages

Provide market insights and guidance to influence recruitment decisions and positioning

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas

Coordinate with Talent Attraction and Graduate TA teams to align priorities and ensure clear communication of hiring progress

Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens PwC’s employer brand

Contribute to TA projects and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and impact

You will deepen your expertise in experienced-hire recruitment while gaining exposure to a wide range of business areas and strategic hiring topics. The role offers increasing ownership in shaping talent strategies and contributing to cross-functional initiatives. You will also build influence as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The skills you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including exposure to experienced-hire recruitment

Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates

Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday)

English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency)

Structure and communicate talent insights clearly to support informed hiring decisions

Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring outcomes

You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation

Strong data‑driven profile with advanced Excel/dashboard skills, able to analyse data and translate insights into clear and compelling storytelling.

Curious and tech‑savvy with a growth mindset, leveraging digital tools (incl. AI) to optimize processes and adapt effectively in fast‑paced environments.
