CEE Managed Services is at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. Our team sits at the heart of this transformation. We don't just support the business! We help shape its future direction, working across strategy, technology and market activities to turn ambition into execution.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility team working directly with senior leadership and Partners across CEE and the wider PwC network. You'll be involved in everything from shaping transformation roadmaps and tracking strategic pipeline, to preparing materials for Partner-level conversations, to supporting go-to-market and marketing initiatives that put CEE region on the map as a Managed Services leader.

We are looking for:

Manager in CEE MS Growth & Transformation Team

Your future role:

Drive/contribute to go-to-market and growth initiatives across priority business areas,

Turn data and market insights into actionable business recommendations,

Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership and strategic discussions,

Support client segmentation, performance tracking and growth planning,

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives,

Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive execution across teams,

Contribute to business transformation and client development programs.

Build impactful presentations and communicate complex ideas with clarity,

Feel comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams,

Have experience in growth, go-to-market, commercial excellence or business transformation initiatives,

You are comfortable leveraging emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, and content creation),

Demonstrate strong project management skills, including stakeholder alignment, scope definition, action tracking and delivery coordination,

Take ownership, proactively drive topics forward and navigate ambiguity with confidence,

Communicate fluently in English and thrive in an international environment.
