Job Description & Summary

We’re a team that delivers consistency where it matters most, bringing structure and clarity to complex environments. We look for those who lead with precision, influence from within, and turn day-today performance into long-term trust.

SHAPING TOMORROW

Make a real impact, today, and tomorrow, through work that matters. Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.

Make a real impact

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, from the accountants’ data and other internal tools, with written comments on performance and key movements.

Reconcile local figures with the management group numbers, investigate and resolve any differences.

Work with the accountants and internal teams (Commercial, HR) to gather, check, and confirm the data needed for reporting.

Lead the annual budget and regular forecasts, working with department heads.

Compare actuals against budget, forecast and prior year, and explain the main variances to management.

Build and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and business cases.

Track KPIs and flag trends, risks and opportunities to management.

Run cost allocations based on timesheet data, so costs are correctly assigned across projects and cost centers.

What you bring matters

Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), management reporting or a similar finance role.

Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm and/or industry will be considered an asset.

Excellent academic records from a top-tier Greek or foreign university, in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Power Query, Power Pivot and data analysis skills will be considered an asset.

Practical use of AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and everyday tasks, and an interest in finding new ways to apply them in finance.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights for management.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset.

A proactive, improvement-driven mindset, always looking for ways to simplify and automate manual work.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to excellent quality work and to building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek).

About PwC

PwC is one of the Big Four, and its board here is the global Experienced Careers listing rather than a European one: most of what it carries is Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Kolkata, Toronto and Manila, with Milan, Warsaw, Barcelona and London among the European entries. The technology work sits in the consulting and internal-technology arms rather than in a product org, so filter by role before judging the count.
