Job Description & Summary

We’re a team that transforms vision into tech-enabled reality. We look for those who see technology not just as tools or platforms, but as the invisible infrastructure behind strategy, performance, and growth. We turn bold ideas into scalable, secure, and human-centered solutions.

SHAPING TOMORROW

Make a real impact, today, and tomorrow, through work that matters. Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.

Make a real impact

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven IT Controls & Compliance Analyst to join our internal IT team in Athens.

The IT Controls, Compliance & Resilience Analyst strengthens governance, control effectiveness, quality management, and operational resilience across the CIO and CTO organization. The role monitors IT controls, supports audit and ISO readiness, maintains the IT Quality Management System (QMS), and promotes consistent application of internal processes and network standards.

Working closely with CIO and CTO teams, you will coordinate controls, process governance, compliance, resilience, and continuous improvement. You will also use AI, automation, and data-driven monitoring to make assurance activities more efficient and proactive.

Coordinate and monitor the IT control framework across the CIO organization, ensuring clear ownership, appropriate evidence, and consistent execution

Identify control gaps and exceptions with process owners, track corrective actions to closure, and report control performance and open findings to technology leadership

Maintain and continuously improve the IT Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, standards, and supporting documentation

Review processes across IT teams and promote clear, consistent, controlled, and well-documented ways of working aligned with internal and network standards

Coordinate ISO activities, internal audits, and technology control reviews, including readiness assessments, evidence collection, findings, and remediation

Use AI, automation, analytics, and dashboards to improve control monitoring, evidence collection, reporting, process reviews, and audit preparation

What you bring matters

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered

Relevant experience in IT controls, compliance, audit, governance, quality management, technology risk, or a comparable assurance role

Experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, internal controls, audit processes, and operational technology processes

Strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate control requirements into practical actions

Ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders across CIO and CTO teams without formal people-management responsibility

Strong communication and collaboration skills in Greek and English

Interest or experience in AI, workflow automation, analytics, dashboards, or automated controls; relevant ISO, audit, security, service management, risk, resilience, or quality certifications are an advantagε

About PwC

PwC is one of the Big Four, and its board here is the global Experienced Careers listing rather than a European one: most of what it carries is Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Kolkata, Toronto and Manila, with Milan, Warsaw, Barcelona and London among the European entries. The technology work sits in the consulting and internal-technology arms rather than in a product org, so filter by role before judging the count.
