ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to join our People Operations team, starting immediately. In this role, you will support our HR administration and processes, gaining hands-on insight into day-to-day HR operations while helping us make our internal processes more efficient and streamlined.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support the day-to-day operations of our People Operations team across the full employee lifecycle

- Help maintain and continuously improve our HR processes and tools, in particular BambooHR, including employer master data

- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes and help draft HR documents such as contracts, certificates and other correspondence

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, manage requests via our People Ticketing System and support HR reporting and data analysis

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Human Resources, Business or a related field

- Prior practical experience in HR is a plus, but not required

- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus

- Experience with BambooHR is a plus, but not a requirement

- Confident use of standard MS Office applications (especially Excel)

- Diligent, structured, and discreet approach when handling sensitive data

- Strong sense of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
