As a junior Backend Software Engineer you’ll work on performance-critical systems that process and aggregate millions of records in real time, directly enabling our clients to make better, faster decisions.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and build the core computation engine that powers our business planning platform.

Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, develop, and deliver features that bring value to users.

Optimize performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time.

You’ll be paired with experienced mentors, included in design discussions, and encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and learn by doing. Your work will ship to production, impact users, and help shape our product as it scales.

 

What You’ll Learn

How to contribute to a high-impact SaaS product used by enterprise teams worldwide.

How to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global tech organization.

Engineering best practices including code review, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and observability.

Technical Challenges:

Handling real-time computation and aggregation over millions of records.

Ensuring system performance while scaling to meet enterprise-grade demands.

Balancing feature delivery with code quality and technical debt management.

Driving architectural improvements to keep our platform fast, reliable, and future-ready.

Our Tech Stack:

Languages & Frameworks: C# on .NET Core (Linux)

Database: PostgreSQL

Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

Messaging & CI/CD: RabbitMQ, Circle CI

Frontend: React (TypeScript) – close collaboration with frontend teams expected!

 

In any case, you have:

You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time) working with modern backend technologies.

You are comfortable with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.

A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

You enjoy learning from others and are not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas.

You care about code quality, testing, and scalability, even as you're still learning the trade.

A fluent level in English
