ABOUT PEEC AI

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with our founders and leadership team as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone exceptional who wants to see how a company gets built from the inside. You'll start with a sales focus, helping shape our playbook and uncover new revenue. You'll learn more in a year here than most people do in five, and the work you do will have a direct line to how fast we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- A bit of everything: work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, going where the company needs you most

- Help build our sales playbook and find new revenue opportunities we haven't tapped yet

- Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives

- Design internal processes and keep daily operations running without friction

- Help us grow the team, from coordinating recruiting to attracting top-tier talent

- Jump into messy, undefined problems, learn fast, and make things happen

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Either

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results from a top university, plus 2+ internships at a top-tier startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm

or

- 1+ years of experience at a top-tier startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm

Plus

- An obsession with startups and a tendency to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured settings

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

- A solid grasp of technology and the excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools

- The hunger to grow fast and take real ownership from day one

- Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations

- Comfort with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n

- Strong analytical skills and fluency with numbers
