About the job

Memfault nRF Cloud is Nordic Semiconductor's Device Management and Observability platform for teams building connected devices. Since Nordic's acquisition of Memfault in July 2025, nRF Cloud now also includes all of Memfault's category-defining Device Observability feature set. In the year since the acquisition, we have integrated the products and spend time putting in place on-ramps for Nordic's hardware products across their developer ecosystem. Now it's time to accelerate. This role needs to take this product direction and execute on actions that equip sellers and convert developers.

This is a hands-on Product Marketing role that will have you putting your fundamental product marketing skill set to work. On any given week, you might be writing a developer-facing product update, preparing a sales training for a newly launched feature, reviewing sales call recordings for insight, or building a competitive battlecard that helps a seller win. You will work closely with product, sales, and marketing, translating product capabilities into a consistent message that cements our positioning and wins business.

Key responsibilities

Build sales enablement assets, including battlecards, talk tracks, and objection handling guides, for both internal sellers and the Nordic distributor network

Coordinate and deliver sales trainings both live and course-based collaborating with product and technical teams

Adjust messaging for specific target verticals based on understanding of the verticals' requirements and our product capabilities

Translate technical and regulatory context, such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act, into value propositions that sellers can use with compliance-conscious enterprise buyers

Ensure product positioning carries cleanly into external-facing content across channels and speaks to developers trying our product and engineering leaders making a purchase decision

Own messaging for new and existing features, translating product capability into language that is credible to firmware engineers and technical leaders

Project manage launches end-to-end and create announcement copy, feature page content, webinar materials and more as required

Create and update marketing-facing product content such as landing pages, product update emails, in-app announcements, feature page FAQ

Qualification and skills

Several years experience in product marketing for a technical or developer-facing product

Experience working closely with sales teams on enablement and content that sellers actually use

Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-assisted go-to-market motions, or strong exposure to at least one with clear aptitude for the other

Strong writing skills across audiences, from tight developer content to sales-ready enablement material

Comfort synthesizing qualitative input, such as sales calls and customer conversations, into clear and defensible insight

Familiarity with the embedded or IoT hardware and software landscape is a plus, but your core PMM skill set is more important than your industry background

Personal Skills

Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working closely with both technical and commercial teams to deliver projects

Comfortable and confident with public presentations and delivering educational content both virtually and in-person

Independent, self-directed and able to move between content creation and channel enablement work without needing constant direction

Curious and detail-oriented, especially when translating technical or regulatory material into content for a non-expert audience

Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity and able to prioritize across competing demands from two different go-to-market motions
