Senior Producer

Are you someone who brings clarity when there’s a lot moving at once?

As a Senior Producer, you’ll own the execution picture across shifting priorities, cross-team dependencies, and decisions that can’t wait for every detail to be known. You’ll keep Top Goal teams focused on what they’re trying to achieve, with ownership of delivery outcomes rather than a predefined process.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE:

This is not a coordination-only role. You’ll make complex delivery more predictable by maintaining a clear view of what’s happening, what’s at risk, and what needs a decision.

When priorities or circumstances change, you’ll make sure the plan changes with them instead of quietly becoming outdated. That means fewer late surprises and a team that can keep moving without depending on one person to hold the full picture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from early planning through development, launch, and post-launch

Turn product goals into clear, realistic delivery plans, with defined scope, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and quality expectations

Keep delivery on track and transparent by maintaining a clear view of progress, risks, dependencies, and changes, and raising issues early

Drive decisions when plans change - assess trade-offs, bring recommendations, make decisions within your scope, and follow through

Improve how the team delivers by adapting your approach, building ownership within the team, and addressing recurring delivery problems

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

You will work closely with a cross-functional Top Goal team spanning Product Management, Game Design, UX/UI, Art, Engineering, QA, Data Science, and Business Analytics

Depending on the initiative, you will also work with other Producers, discipline leads, the Game Lead, central technology teams, marketing, and external partners

WE ARE A MATCH IF YOU:

Have 5+ years of experience leading complex product or game development projects across creative and technical disciplines, with ownership of delivery outcomes

Have led projects end to end and can show how you handled risks, changing priorities, and things that did not go to plan

Can turn incomplete or complex information into a clear, realistic plan while keeping sight of the bigger picture

Communicate risks and problems early, separate facts from assumptions, and come to discussions with a recommendation or proposed next step

Know how to create the right level of structure and ownership for a team, and can point to feedback that materially changed how you work

BONUS POINTS:

Experience developing and operating live mobile games, including event calendars and incident handling

Experience mentoring other Producers

Passion for football and an understanding of football audiences and products

GOOD TO KNOW:

This is a hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade.

Our 3+2 hybrid model remains the standard - Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday are optional remote days. While we prefer working together from the office, we also understand that having some alone time or working from home (or some other location) can be beneficial. It’s about what works, not what’s prescribed.
