Cleaning Crew Member - EMEA

About the Role

NinjaOne's Berlin office, right at Alexanderplatz, is home to a fast-growing international team — and we want it to always look and feel that way. As a Cleaning Crew Member, you'll be responsible for keeping our workspace spotless, hygienic, and welcoming every single day, so employees and visitors always walk into a great environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of a job well done.

Location – Berlin, Germany (on-site)

What You'll be Doing

Perform daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas

Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the office

Empty and manage waste and recycling bins in line with local recycling guidelines

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials

Clean and maintain floors, windows, and surfaces on a regular schedule

Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the Facility team

Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly

Support setup and cleanup for internal events or larger gatherings

Follow health and safety protocols at all times

Other duties as needed

About You

Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and thorough — you take pride in a clean, well-kept space

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule of tasks

Basic understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety practices

Good communication skills to flag issues or supply needs

German language skills preferred; basic English is a plus
