Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Our rapidly expanding global Ads team is building an innovative advertising offering where our clients can reach engaged audiences and our members can find must-watch series and films at a lower price. Within our Ads business, the Product Marketing team drives the global go-to-market strategy and scalable execution for client-facing ad products, translating product capabilities into market-facing narratives that drive adoption and revenue.

As we expand from 5 to 14 markets in EMEA, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Market Activation team within our Ads EMEA team. This role owns go-to-market execution and market activation for ad product solutions across the region, acting as the critical link between global product strategy and the realities of the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition and development of go-to-market efforts across new ad product solutions in EMEA, and enhance existing offerings in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (ad product, commercialization, research, sales, consumer insights, measurement, policy, etc.).

Act as a trusted partner to product and sales teams, building a feedback loop that channels regional customer and market input into global product development.

Own the identification and execution of marketing needs to support ad products in-market — materials, demos, assets — that bring solutions to life clearly and compellingly for EMEA audiences.

Channel regional insights and feedback to Global PMM and Product teams, serving as the strategic representative for the EMEA market in product development discussions.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Comms, Ad Product, Ads Marketing) to ensure a consistent ads narrative across the region.

Partner with Consumer Insights and Measurement teams to bring audience and industry insights into the development and positioning of new ad solutions.

Navigate a complex, matrixed organization across global and regional teams — building relationships and influencing without direct authority.

What We're Looking For

9 or more years' experience in product marketing within digital advertising and/or B2B advertising

Proven track record partnering cross-functionally on product strategy, positioning/narrative, and GTM launches.

Advertising industry knowledge: strong understanding of the ad-supported streaming space and ad tech ecosystem.

Strategic vision paired with strong project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Demonstrated ability to create detailed, actionable product briefs and market-facing narratives.

Effective communication and storytelling skills, with comfort interpreting research data.

Experience navigating matrixed, cross-geography organizations; able to build relationships and influence without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technical ad products such as data clean rooms and APIs.

Programmatic and CTV experience.

EMEA market experience outside of the EU5.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

About Netflix

Netflix keeps a small, selective European engineering presence, mostly Amsterdam, London and Warsaw. It does not hire in volume, so a posting appearing here is worth attention.
