Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Netflix's Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team is looking for a Manager to join its EMEA team based in Amsterdam. CPS&O develops strategic insights to further the company's global entertainment efforts. Senior management depends heavily on the CPS&O team to accurately measure business performance and lead the strategic analysis used to inform important content decisions. This role will lead our pan-EMEA programming and licensing strategy efforts - developing a holistic view of the EMEA content slate and serving as a key strategic advisor to senior content leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A sample of work could include:

Acting as a thought partner to EMEA content and acquisitions leadership on programming priorities and investment decisions — pitching and developing ideas that shape how Netflix approaches programming across the region

Spearheading special projects and presenting strategic recommendations on key programming and licensing challenges to senior Netflix leadership

Consolidating perspectives from local CPS&O leads across EMEA, translating input into a coherent pan-EMEA view that helps to inform key decisions

Building frameworks to guide portfolio decisions across licensed titles — including territory prioritization, opportunity sizing, and programming analyses

Setting and driving the agenda for coordinating EMEA licensing efforts — aligning stakeholders on priorities, synthesizing regional context, and strengthening alignment with global licensing teams

Partnering with a broad set of cross-functional partners - including Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, and global CPS&O - cascading updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on EMEA content priorities

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in a media/entertainment/streaming company, management consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly demanding environment in a strategy, operations, or analytical role

Deep knowledge of the TV/film content landscape, with familiarity in content licensing, acquisitions, windowing strategies, or programming operations

Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and present findings and recommendations to senior executives in a clear and compelling way

Strong financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and work effectively in a fast-changing, matrixed organization

Able to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity; tracks industry trends, synthesizes competitive intelligence, and contributes informed perspectives to strategic discussions

Passion for entertainment and an avid consumer of content

Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets / Slides; familiarity with data tools (Tableau, Airtable, or similar) a plus

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
