5+ years of experience (or equivalent hands-on expertise) in corporate IT, systems administration, or technology support, preferably in a streaming, media technology, or broadcasting environment.

Comfortable using GenAI productivity tools (e.g., Claude CoWork or similar) and applying AI thoughtfully within technical workflows.

Ability to serve as a primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and to engage effectively across different channels (e.g., ticketing systems, email, chat, virtual meetings).

Strong critical-thinking skills to investigate, troubleshoot, research, and diagnose complex technical issues using available systems and tools.

Robust documentation mindset, translating information into clear knowledge-base articles, user stories, and support playbooks.

Experience managing and prioritizing technical issues, including triaging/researching bugs, participating in incident/outage workflows, escalating to partner teams, and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Ability to identify patterns of user friction (e.g., in Zendesk tickets), translate them into clear problem statements, and maintain an organized User Experience backlog in Jira.

Proven track record of recommending and/or implementing user experience improvements, self-service solutions, and productivity enhancements.

Commitment to demonstrating and reinforcing Netflix’s focus on an inclusive environment in all aspects of your work.

Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, leading by example and actively supporting teammates as needed.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and, where needed, adjust working hours to meet operational needs, with schedules communicated in advance where possible.

Ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
