Senior People Services Manager DACH (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Senior People Service Manager DACH (m/f/d) at the Nemetschek Group, you report directly to the Director of People Service. You take responsibility for operational people services in Germany while providing backup support for Austria and Switzerland. By working closely with different CoEs - e.g. HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT - you ensure compliant, audit-ready, and service-oriented HR operations.

The position offers the opportunity to expand responsibility across the DACH region, take on increasingly complex People Services topics, and - depending on business needs, performance, and organizational development - potentially progress toward a team leadership role.

Your responsibilities

Deliver operational People Services across the full employee lifecycle for Germany and provide backup support for Austria and Switzerland.

Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers regarding all operational HR matters for all of the brands of the Nemetschek Group.

Maintain employee master data and records in HR systems and coordinate payroll activities with local payroll providers.

Apply German labor and social security law daily and coordinate legal cases with Legal and external consultants.

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned audits and ensure complete, audit-compliant documentation.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technologies, including ticketing, DMS, and HRIS systems.

Execute smaller operational projects independently and contribute local DACH expertise to regional and global HR initiatives.

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.

At least 5 years of operational HR, People Operations, or People Service experience, ideally in an international, dynamic environment.

Sound practical knowledge of German labor and social security law alongside proven employee lifecycle management experience; knowledge of Austrian or Swiss HR processes would be an asset.

Hands-on experience with HRIS, ticketing tools, or document management systems. Ideally, you bring practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.

Strong numerical understanding and confident proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Very good written and spoken language skills in both German and English (C1 for both).

Experience with audits, compliance activities, HR systems, or digitalization projects is desirable.
