The Role

You'll sit inside the Strategy & Operations team. This team runs the systems that keep the company moving: hiring, data, marketing operations, vendor management, and the CEO's office. You'll touch all of it. This is not a coffee-and-calendars job. You'll be given real work with real deadlines, and once you've shown you can run things, you'll own them.

Key Responsibilities

Run the London office day to day

Execute a wide range of business and personal tasks independently

Support hiring operations across multiple international markets: scheduling, candidate tracking, recruiter coordination

Keep our data and reporting cadences on time: daily updates, dashboards, trackers

Support marketing operations: campaigns, content logistics, events

Support the operations team across everything from recruitment to finance

Own small projects end to end once you've earned them

Requirements

Must be comfortable in being uncomfortable; timelines will change, priorities will most likely shift

Ability to work independently

Must be based in the London office everyday
