Model ML is the AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, Model ML has become one of the fastest growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever. The round was backed by FT Partners, Y Combinator, LocalGlobe, QED, 13books, and other top global investors.
The Role:
The Product Specialist is the subject-matter expert for corporate, commercial and transaction banking teams. Based in London, you will cover EMEA and the GCC. You will turn real banking workflows into scalable Model ML products, make sure the output clients rely on is accurate, and help live bank customers expand across their corporate and commercial divisions.
Responsibilities:
Run demos and workshops for corporate banking, commercial banking, credit and transaction banking teams.
Build and review templates: credit memos, annual reviews, borrower research and credit committee packs.
Turn client problems into scalable workflows, balancing client needs with platform constraints.
Check AI outputs for accuracy before clients use them.
Work with Coverage to expand live bank customers into their corporate and commercial divisions.
Turn pilots into bank-wide rollouts, and track usage and adoption.
Bring client feedback back to Product and Engineering.
Requirements:
5+ years in corporate or commercial banking at a large bank, with hands-on responsibility for financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, credit underwriting and lending execution.
You have personally written credit memos, annual reviews and credit papers, and taken deals to credit committee. Managing client relationships or originating business alone is not enough.
You can speak to the full corporate client: loans, bonds, hedging and advisory.
Strong technical fluency: you can reason about workflows, data and failure modes, and you are credible with engineers.
Excellent operational hygiene: reliable tracking, documentation and governance.
A clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Nice to have:
A background in investment banking, DCM or leveraged finance.
Transaction banking experience, including cash management, trade finance or payments.
What you can expect:
It won’t be easy; in fact, it will be very hard.
BUT, it will be a lot of fun.
You need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Timelines will change and priorities will most likely shift.
Be prepared for an exciting, fast-paced journey where you’ll learn a lot, take on meaningful challenges and grow along the way.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and equity
Performance-based incentives

About Model ML
Model ML builds agentic AI for financial services — systems that read across the data sources and applications an analyst uses and then do the work, rather than summarising it. London, $75m Series A. One of the larger boards on this list, and it publishes through Nodi rather than a mainstream ATS.
