THE ROLE

As a Creative Director on Mistral’s Brand team, you will develop innovative ideas and concepts that align with Mistral’s brand strategy, audience, messaging, goals, and values. You’ll own finding the story, shaping the idea, and staying in the process to make sure the work actually lands. This role exists to create compelling and strategic brand campaigns that resonate globally, particularly in the tech and AI space. You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Product Design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop creative ideas and concepts aligned with Mistral’s brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and communication teams to ensure campaigns reflect Mistral’s values and messaging.

- Leverage your experience in tech/AI to craft campaigns that stand out in the industry.

- Ensure all creative output aligns with Mistral’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.

- Work with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and execute high-impact campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, particularly in tech, AI, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategic/design thinking.

- Deep understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks.

- Experience collaborating with marketing, events, brand, design, and communication teams.

- Passion for innovation and a keen eye for trends in tech and AI.

- Positive energy and low ego, with the optimism to get to world class

- Excellent concise communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
