ABOUT THE ROLE

As VP of Demand Generation, you will be the CMO's right hand and lead Mistral's global demand generation and field marketing organization.

This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for building a world-class revenue engine that drives enterprise adoption of Mistral's products and solutions. You'll lead a global team spanning Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and ABM, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and Revenue Operations.

You'll help define how Mistral goes to market, influence company strategy, and build the programs that connect the world's leading organizations with frontier AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Define and execute Mistral's global demand generation strategy aligned to company growth and revenue goals.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team across Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and ABM.

- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets globally.

- Build integrated campaigns across digital, events, paid media, executive programs, content, and partner marketing.

- Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation across strategic enterprise accounts.

- Develop and scale a best-in-class account-based marketing strategy.

- Lead Mistral's field marketing efforts across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

- Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to maximize the impact of product launches and flagship events.

- Establish clear funnel metrics, reporting, and forecasting to measure marketing performance and business impact.

- Act as a strategic advisor to the CMO and collaborate with executive leadership on company priorities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 12+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing within high-growth B2B technology companies.

- Experience leading global demand generation and field marketing organizations.

- Proven success driving enterprise pipeline and revenue growth.

- Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and enterprise go-to-market strategies.

- Experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving environments.

- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Exceptional operational, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or developer platforms is highly preferred.
