Align campus and project teams, regional leaders, business partners, utilities, authorities, and other key stakeholders around shared outcomes, clear ownership, and timely decision-making.

Maintain strong financial and commercial control across budgets, forecasts, change orders, contingencies, procurement, contracts, and vendor performance, taking corrective action when delivery or value is at risk.

Own metro-level risk, safety, security, quality, and regulatory performance, using clear metrics and assurance mechanisms to identify issues early, strengthen accountability, and apply lessons learned across projects.

Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive organization, ensuring the right leadership, resources, capabilities, and delivery partners are in place as the Vaasa Metro continues to grow.
