Passionate about driving AI and cloud transformation across large enterprise customers? Join Microsoft as a Cloud & AI Solution Specialist and play a pivotal role in accelerating Azure adoption across some of the Netherlands' most strategic telecommunications accounts.

Working alongside Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams, you will help customers modernize their technology estate, unlock the value of data and AI, and achieve measurable business outcomes through Microsoft Azure. This role combines executive engagement, commercial leadership, and cloud transformation expertise to help customers move from strategy to production at scale.

Responsibilities

Drive Azure and AI adoption across a portfolio of strategic telecommunications customers in the Netherlands.

Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, influencing cloud and AI transformation agendas at executive level.

Identify, shape, and progress high-value opportunities across infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI workloads.

Lead virtual teams across sales, engineering, services, and partner organisations to accelerate customer transformation and business impact.

Develop compelling business cases and transformation strategies that help customers migrate, modernize, and innovate on Azure.

Guide customers through cloud strategy, application modernization, data platform transformation, and AI adoption initiatives.

Remove technical, commercial, and organisational barriers that may slow customer adoption or deployment.

Drive consumption growth, customer success, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Experience selling enterprise technology, cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions to large organisations.

Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology decision-makers, including C-level executives.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, application modernization, data platforms, and AI-driven business transformation.

Demonstrated success leading complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer challenges, build business value propositions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving cloud adoption, migration, modernization, or AI transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, data platforms, analytics, and AI solutions.

Experience working with telecommunications customers or similarly complex enterprise organisations.

Ability to orchestrate technical, partner, and services resources to deliver customer outcomes.

Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 95,700.00 - € 162,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
