Partner Solutions Manager, 3P Supply Audience Network New

The Monetization Partnerships team helps build, improve, and drive products to market to grow incremental revenue and reduce costs for Meta. The team works with partners across a diverse global ecosystem, and the Partner Solutions Management team is responsible for translating insights into scalable solutions that accelerate partner growth.

Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to lead scaled engagement with Meta's third-party publisher ecosystem. Meta works with a large and growing base of publishers who monetize their apps and inventory through the Audience Network product. Audience Network revenue is generated entirely through these publisher relationships, and the scaled ecosystem represents a significant and growing portion of the revenue. Effectively serving this ecosystem requires reaching thousands of publishers with relevant, well-timed guidance programmatically. This individual will be expected to drive the global strategy and execution for the scaled cohort end-to-end and own a global point of view for leadership on where the scaled publishers ecosystem is headed. If successful, the processes and systems established in this role will influence how scaled partner engagement is applied more broadly across Monetization Partnerships.

This individual should be comfortable operating with significant autonomy, adept at scoping and structuring ambiguous problems, and possess a technical acumen sufficient to evaluate and coordinate tooling deployment to coordinate tooling deployment. Close collaboration with the relevant product teams and regular exposure to senior leadership is also central to the role.Responsibilities

Identify high-potential publisher segments through structured analysis and build an effective engagement strategy for each segment; collaborate with data science and product marketing partners to size the associated revenue opportunities and prioritize them accordingly

Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Partner Marketing, Incentives, Product, and Business Product Marketing to design and activate the specific engagement levers identified

Ensure publisher engagement initiatives are coordinated so that publishers receive a coherent, well-sequenced experience of Meta rather than a fragmented outreach

Assess and shape the tooling and infrastructure to support this scaled partner engagement, developing clear recommendations and securing the cross-functional investment to deliver them

Own the global point of view for where the publisher ecosystem is headed based on outcomes from programmatic treatments

Leverage learnings from the program outcomes to equip the org’s partner managers with insights and standardized best practices for their own managed partners

Represent progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or partnerships

Experience taking initiatives from early concept through to scale, defining the strategy, executing, and managing post-launch

Experience designing and running scaled or one-to-many engagement programs, including segmentation, engagement design, and measuring impact

Proven experience in influencing product and cross-functional partners to commit and deliver against shared roadmaps

Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver outcomes with limited direction

Demonstrated analytical skills and/or experience in driving tooling enhancements

Experience communicating strategies, results, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership

Experience working effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meta’s internal data foundations and tools

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM platforms, or other marketing automation tools

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Expertise in the third-party publisher ecosystem and Meta’s monetization products
