See Meta's open rolesThe Incident Response Team sits at the heart of how Meta responds when there's an imminent risk to someone's life. We review and assess emergency escalations from law enforcement and from inside Meta, evaluating threat, risk and user privacy to decide what information can be released to help avert harm. These decisions are measured in minutes.
The team is seeking a candidate with experience managing complex workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting deadlines in operational environments with experience reviewing and documenting information. You must have a track record of delivering results in environments requiring timely response to escalations with defined service-level expectations, demonstrated ability to make well-reasoned decisions in ambiguous or high-stakes situations, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
