We are seeking an experienced EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
This role will own end-to-end paid social and digital campaign performance — optimising for ROAS, ROI, and overall marketing impact — using AI as the primary toolkit to move faster, test smarter, and deliver outsized results.
The ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer who already uses AI fluently in their day-to-day work — from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation — and sees AI as the multiplier that unlocks step-change performance gains.Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisitions, retention, and brand awareness at scale
Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency, using AI to accelerate insight generation and surface opportunities faster
Explore and experiment with new growth tactics and channels with an eye on CAC, LTV, and scalability — leveraging AI to rapidly prototype, stress-test, and validate new approaches
Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimization and anomaly detection
Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets, actively adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams to align strategies with business goals
Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
Use AI as the default toolkit for day-to-day work — from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation — while ensuring responsible, policy-compliant use
Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented ways of working (e.g., time savings, efficiency gains, faster iteration) and share learnings to scale adoption across the team
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles with measurable scale outcomes
Proven track record of driving scalable user acquisition and revenue growth through paid media and digital channels
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
Demonstrated AI fluency — already using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work (analysis, experimentation, content, automation) to deliver faster and better outcomes
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams
Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messages
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
Experience in campaign strategy & brief writing: Can write a brief sharp enough for an AI agent to build the whole campaign from while ensuring it will result in the desired business objective
Provides marketing data & audience fluency: Knows signals, SQL, and holdouts well enough to catch and correct a wrong audience
Experience in journey & marketing automation: Has built multi-channel journeys before, so can validate and fix AI-generated ones
Strong judgment in Messaging, creative and brand. Owns copy and creative quality, including brand/legal review and localization requests
Judgement in QA & escalation: Rigorous pre-launch QA, owns the launch call, and knows when to escalate to a specialist (Marketing Audiences, Channels, etc.)
Ability to prioritize competing workstreams based on impact and business needs, and to adjust plans as market conditions, data, or priorities shift
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience managing complex marketing projects with multiple concurrent campaigns or initiatives
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within technology, retail, or digital advertising industries
Proven time management and prioritization ability within a high-velocity, dynamic environment
Track record of scaling AI adoption and sharing best practices across a team or an organisation
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and marketing analytics platforms
Comfort operating beyond traditional role boundaries — prototyping, building analysis frameworks, drafting strategy — particularly in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and presenting marketing strategy and results to cross-functional leadership to align on priorities and drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Knowledge of regional EMEA markets and digital advertising landscapes
