We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Manager Proposition – Feeding to lead the growth and performance of our Feeding portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye.
This is a key leadership role within the Cluster Management Team, responsible for delivering the “what” and “when” of the Feeding proposition, ensuring it is successfully brought to market through our network of Lely Centers (franchises).
You will act as the vital link between Lely International, Cluster SEET, and our Lely Centers, ensuring sustainable growth, strong market adoption, and high-performing installed systems on farm.
Your main activities
Lead and develop a winning Team, driving high performance and creating a collaborative culture
Drive Commercial Performance, ensuring a strong pipeline and delivering results
Lead the Feeding Proposition, defining and executing strategy across the region
Enable and develop the distribution network, building capacity and capability in al relevant areas
Own End-to-End Execution, ensuring alignment between sales growth, installation capacity and service capability to safeguard the customer experience over the sales to service process
You will report functionally to the Head of Commerce and locally to the Cluster Manager, with responsibility for the geographical area of South-East Europe & Turkey. The role is based in Colturano (MI), and it requires willingness to travel within Italy, to the HQ in Maassluis (NL) and to the countries covered by our Cluster.
What you bring
You have successfully completed university studies
You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
Experience in leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams
You are a confident communicator, feeling at ease also with difficult conversations
Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive business performance with a customer focus
Solid business management background, possibly within a dealer or franchise network environment
